On March 6, 2026, a tornado tore through parts of Southwest Michigan, leaving many families facing devastating loss. Homes were damaged, businesses destroyed, and lives suddenly changed. Like many in our community, we want to help. While some people are able to volunteer on the ground, many others are looking for a simple way to support the recovery efforts. That’s why Inspired Media is hosting a special fundraising portrait event.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Red Cross, which is already on site providing assistance to families affected by the storm.
On March 14–15, Inspired Media will host Portraits for a Purpose, a special portrait event designed to raise funds for tornado relief.
For a $100 donation, you’ll receive:
A 10-minute family or individual portrait session
1 professionally edited digital image
A beautiful 8×10 print
Sessions will take place in the Inspired Media studio and run back-to-back so we can photograph as many families as possible during the weekend. And because no good event is complete without something sweet, we’ll also have cookies from Andy’s mom—known to many as “The Cookie Lady.”
It’s a fun, meaningful way to update your family portraits while helping neighbors who need support right now.

and a preview of the portrait backdrop so you can look your best for the session.
